COMPANY PROFILE - MISSION AND OBJECTIVES
     The company was founded in 2008 in Corfu and the full name is Ellinoroumaniki Air transport and single limited liability company. The name in English is HELLENIC ROMANIAN AVIATION & TRANSPORTS srl and the distinctive title of HERO AVIATION came from the initials of words in the English HELLENIC ROMANIAN
   The company relocated in July 2009 in Kalamata.
In Bucharest, Romania in 2007 operates another company with the same distinctive HERO AVIATION and the same goals and objectives.

HERO AVIATION chose to transfer its offices in Kalamata, where the license was given at the airport for training flights and office space in the airport arrivals and parking of aircraft. Also for this choice has an important role and the location of Kalamata used also by the Air Force for training of their pilots 
 
1.FLIGHT TRAINING
The primary objective of the company is to create professional pilot training school in accordance with the terms of the European Union - JAA --
   (JOIN AVIATION AUTHORITIES).







2. RENT A PLANE

  Kalamata because of tourism has great interest in renting aircraft for tourism for browsing and fast movements around the islands of the Ionian, and in Athens or even in the Aegean and Italy.
 
OBJECTIVES

The HERO AVIATION aims at the feasibility of obtaining licenses as the license operator AOC and FTO (flight training organization).
   To achieve the objectives has equipping the offices under the regulation of civil aviation has staffed the company with training ground and air instructors and has purchased an aircraft type TB 10 socata and plans to purchase 2 more aircraft Cessna 152 & 172.
Outside the training of pilots and aircraft rental company aimed at acquiring specific aircraft properly equipped to transport sick and wounded and newborns who need direct transport to major hospitals in the country.
During the summer months, the company can assist the fire department running patrol flights over the well, but the Coast Guard in search and rescue.
  We are able to respond immediately to any emergency movement of businessmen, lawyers, doctors, officials of the Prefecture of the region and the municipality and every citizen who wants to move anywhere airport any time of day with speed and safety.
 
MARKET RESEARCH

Before deciding to set up the company and the purchase of aircraft Romanian Company HERO AVIATION (belonging to a Greek) conducted market research locally and through internet all over the world and triggered the interest of candidates for the pilot training

OTHER INFORMATION

The share capital and the purchase of the aircraft was made by the company without funding or a loan from Bank of Greece or abroad. The managment of the company has Mr. Dimosthenis Dimitropoulos who besides being a pilot for many years and board member of the Hellenic aeroclub, which has trained many series of pilots, is the chairman of the Romanian company HERO AVIATION.
